Valentine's Day is approaching and what better thing to give to someone that something sweet. So today we are going to prepare this delicious cake, for your love or for you as a sweet self-gift.

Ingredients for the cake:

- 90ml of Olive oil.
- 240gr of Sugar.
- 2 Eggs.
- 1.5 Tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- 1 Teaspoon of red coloring paste.
- 2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- 200ml of Milk.
- 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice.
- 225gr of Flour
- 2 Teaspoons of yeast.

Elaboration:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (365ºF). Greased and floured a mold.

We put the milk into a glass and add the lemon juice. Let stand for 8 minutes. Mix in a bowl the oil, sugar and eggs until well integrated. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa and yeast. Add the flour with the cocoa to the other mixture. Finally, add the milk, once the mixture is homogeneous, add the red food coloring and vanilla extract (the amount of red may vary, we may need to put a little more to get a reddish color).
We put the dough into the mold of the cake we had greased and bake 25-30 minutes to 180 degrees (365ºF) or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Unmold the cake once it is warm and let cool completely on a rack.

Ingredients for the cream:

- 200gr of Philadelphia cream cheese or similar.
- 120gr of Butter at room temperature.
- 300gr of Icing sugar.

Elaboration:

Mix the butter with the icing sugar in a blender. Once mixed, add the cream cheese, which must be cold. We beat a few minutes until we have a creamy & white cream.

Finally we cut the cake, fill it out and decorate with the cream.
